Jupiter Suites Hotel: Staycation in Makati

jupiter suites hotel

“Sorry guys, pass ako!” my usual response to a weekday invitation to Makati City. But given an opportunity to stay at Jupiter Suites Hotel, I said yes. Finally I was able to explore the city without worrying about the home-bound traffic or the sweltering sun.

Makati and Quezon City might not be poles apart. But for me, they each seem to be on the other side of the metro. In my short stint of job hunting and grad school applications in Makati, I have gotten acquainted with its towering buildings, commercial spaces and enviable clean streets. What made me love it even more is the opportunity the spend the night that allowed me to chill in a busy city at Jupiter Suites Hotel.jupiter suites hotel

Jupiter Suites Hotel: Just the Right City Comfort

Jupiter Suites Hotel isn’t a five-star hotel to over-indulge yourself for the night. But it does have the amenities that makes it close to that: excellent WiFi connection, free complimentary breakfast, room service. I stayed in the Standard Room, which is surprisingly large. The room lights up with headboard and multiple yellow lamps. There are set chairs to read books into. But of course after the tiring day, I plunged the shower and then into the bed. Rooms are equipped with cable TV, personal fridge, safety deposit box, telephones, blow dryer and toiletries.jupiter suites hotel

It’s walking distance from McDonald’s, Mercury Drug, and 7-11… I don’t think you’ll need anything more! BOOK NOW: Jupiter Suites Hotel Overnight Accommodation

Finding the right hotel is always a bit hard. For our trip to Poland I spent hours looking for the exact hotel I liked. Therefore I’m always glad to already some reviews. It will save me some time when I actually want to book an hotel. I love that it’s on a strategic location! That’s one of my prio’s while looking for a place to stay. Love the pictures!

I agree that for a standard room , that was pretty large. It’s a perfect place for staycations when you just really wanna rest the whole day without disturbances. Ho much is the rate for that room and do they have a pool?

If we ever visit Makati City with my girlfriend I’ll definitely book this hotel ! It’s not a 5 stars but looks like it on pictures. When I go to hotel, I have to admit I like them fancy, personnal fridge is already awesome ! I don’t know if it’s a “thing” in Philippines but here in France or some other countries they removed almost every personnal fridges due to some payment issues. Good wifi connection and cable tv is a MUST have ! Haha

Great post! I’ve stayed at Jupiter Suites before and you’re right in saying it’s at the best location for the price and amenities it offers. I didn’t try their breakfast menu though ’cause I decided to eat at Papa John’s instead (which is SO close by, right?). The Standard room looks huge! My mom and I took a Standard Triple so we could have an extra bed, haha. Reading your post makes me want to go here again!

How much was it for a night stay and is there a swimming pool? My husband and I are planning to do something like this but worried it might be VERY expensive hehe.

Anyway, I am interviewing top pinoy travel bloggers and I found you. Are you open for an interview? Kindly let me know if you’re interested, email is jacarandatravels@gmail.com. Thank you 🙂

Now with the establishments nearby where this hotel is located, I couldn’t agree more that this Jupiter Suites Hotel is definitely convenient to stay! I wish I could stay there too. How is their food, so far? (if you don’t mind me asking hehehe)

Just a few questions: 1) Was it affordable? How much did you spend for an overnight? 2) How was the bathroom? Does it have water heater? The reason I ask was, I’ve been to hotels which may cost expensive but they don’t even have a working water heater. I hated that hotel and I stayed for almost a week there.

Sorry for your bad experience. I guess a week is different from an overnight stay. The water does have heater.

It is evident that you had a great time in this hotel. What I like about this post is that it has the right balance of size, text and images.Do you think that adding a Google map would help travellers find this place more easily?

Havent been to Jupiter Suites but from your review would like to give it a try. I could see the convenience of staying there as most of Makati’s dining and even some malls now are near the area.

That is great that you got to get away in the middle of the week! I love the in-headboard lights! Those would be great at night! The room looks really peaceful and really makes me want to go on vacation!

I love staycations! I’d rather stay at a hotel than stay outdoors when I’m travelling. Lol. The room is indeed huge for a standard room. I’m not very familiar with Makati though so I get lost all the time. I even missed the Blogopolis this year because I got lost. 🙁 So maybe I’ll stumble into this hotel when I get lost again. HAHA

I agree with you. Makati is a jungle for the QC girl haha. I get lost multiple times that’s why I was happy to stay here. At least I don’t have to worry about commuting.

Hi , this is a nice post ! I love the last photo on the bottom very much ! I am just wondering , is there no window in that hotel room ??? That would make me panick after a while , actually I think it would turn me off . Actually a shame as the room itself is very nice , but no fresh air ?!

Such comfortable looking beds for a staycation in the city! I’m wondering what are the amenities of the whole building. Plus, your room looks big! Thank you for sharing this. 🙂

It looks like a well located… business hotel? Just the basics, from the pictures and your description. As long as it is clean, then it should be ok. 🙂
